missing character

hello, it's been awhile since I have not logged in.about 5 or 6months,and by connecting to my account I discover that my character lvl max full stuff has disappeared. thank you for explaining why

Pretty much always afk or tabbed out.

First two are low lvl and on your account, last one is on a different account.
Pretty much always afk or tabbed out.
