Return of Reckoning

Tried again last night, same results. Although I am beyond the starter area that caused crashes, any time I encounter an RvR character, I crash. I can't understand how this very specific issue would be a game file error, so I am hopeful it is some setting either client side or within the UI that we are missing. It is, however, getting annoying and really not as fun being relegated to PvE as RvR is where this game shines

exactly the same load in its fine after 30 secs or so sound glitch soon as i approach an objective or enemy played boom back to desktop. tried admin mode 2/64bit exe direct x9 full reinstall. just stress

Does it help/change anything to disable audio/master volume?

Disabling master volume doesn't help, just tried it.
Managed to create a destro character and play for 10 minutes in startup area, crashed once I progressed to a PQ area.
Order crashes almost instantly on startup.

I tried everything in this thread, nothing worked

You guys might try what is suggested here - viewtopic.php?f=4&t=27582&start=20, worked wonders for me a while back.

I'm having the same issue as well. It's a strange screechy, tinny sound and as soon as it happens, it's an instant crash to desktop. It happens without fail when I get close to a keep or a BO. I have reinstalled the game and removed the addons to no avail.

Ive got the same issues on one of my installs :/ couldn't find a solution to it yet. My only advice is to reinstall the game.

Update:
I had a talk with our lead dev max and we found something that might at least be a band aid for you guys until max finds a good way to fix it.
Download this audio.myp file and put it into your warhammer folder.

Thank you! This seems to have fixed it. I managed to move my little guy out of the zone and even turned audio on and nothing exploded.
