Return of Reckoning

Hi! I have a new Pc and DL RoR again and no i can't start it anymore because in the launcher is a "Update" Button and when i click it nothing happens no matter how long i wait. i added some screenshots to show the problem

Its a serious question. Dont forget that we often have to help people that only know how to turn on a computer, but not how to use it , so we sometimes have to ask about the obvious.
