Launcher issue

Hi,yesterday all day RoR work fine but after reboot t2 elf late evening i cant log in.Launcher have web server-red, login-yellow today morning the same.Whats a problem?

Have had this same problem since the patch, detailed here -viewtopic.php?f=4&t=28435. At this point I'm beginning to think they don't know whats happening and since it's happening to a very small minority of players they are choosing to ignore it...

My problem: in launcher server -red, login- yellow and dont update from 21 sept. I reinstaled game? use CCliner, antivirus and cmd commands from viewtopic.php?f=4&t=2889 But this not work.

Today have may be 20 try to launch client and 1 time it have web-green,login-yellow but need to update ,click it update stop on 0% and this error

Maybe a solution. Can't swear it will solve anything. But it remind me something happened to some players some years ago (me included).
