trying to download install and having error message

hello,

sorry, i have been trying to download the game using the exe from the download page, then i found someone that gave the zip file, decompressed it, and now using the client with login info, but then goes to download, however it never completes, it stops at around 412/165645, and error message is:

Disconnected from server. Error: System.Net.Sockets.SocketException (0x80004005): An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host

i have been sitting here and took off sleep mode on both my network card and PC, still it happens... any ideas?
