System video card fails minimum specs

The launcher works fine but I'm unable to launch the game due to the as titled error. I've checked the forum troubleshooting guides and tried everything I have found in this thread: viewtopic.php?f=4&t=2889
I've tried installing a couple of times now and have no more ideas on how to get the game running.
I've installed the DX9 from the download page and changed the read only on the folders/files. I've reinstalled the drivers on my graphics card. I've tried running the game as admin and in various compatibility modes (Win7, Xp, vista)System video card fails minimum specs -- Warhammer will now terminate

I found out there that the "Legacy Components > DirectPlay"-feature needs to be enable for DirectX to work properly.
