error: Authentication failed -- application will now terminate

I just found out about this server for Warhammer. Haven't played since 2013. Was super excited to be able to play this awesome game again. Game gets downloaded. Open up game, accept all the privacy crap then BOOM "Authentication Failed -- Application will now Terminate.
I tried resetting my password, logging in through a VPN, made sure it was allowed through my firewall and Anti Virus. Even tried the trick of opening ports I saw on another support page for the same issue. I went through every one of the pages I could find and tried all the suggestions. Yet it still won't work. So I turn to all of you to see if you can help. If anyone can help it would be most appreciated. Thank you in advance for all of those who help.

Take a look at your login logs. In my case it seems to be that the client is attempting to make a connection to the login server and for whatever cannot do it. For me I can get it to work with a VPN, but obviously that isn't working for you so I wonder if it is something else. If you have any Asus hardware, try seeing if there are any Asus utility programs installed or anything like that. I have heard those can cause issues, sometimes.

I actually have an Asus router. So there is that.

My login log is exactly the same as DiMakss. Still trying to find a work around. Currently talking to a computer program I know to see if they can figure it out

For those of you who are still having an issue with this, what worked for me was disabling the FIREWALL on my router. I'm going to try to find a way to just allow the game through. If I find an answer to that I will let you all know.

If none of these worked try deleted patchui_win.dll in your folder while launcher is closed and restart the launcher and game. Worked for me so possible solution
