Since nothing has changed on my(and I assume our) end since yesterday and there are multiple people reporting this issue I think it's safe to say something went wrong on your end after the crash yesterday

resolved for me as well. First the patch was not loading and got the same issue, but after logging a few hours later the patch started and actually did a full verification it seems.
Have you done something on your end?
