Web Server RED/Login Yellow

Hi, I'm new here. I just installed the game following the installation guide in the forum, but when I open RoRLauncher.exe I get the "Connect" button in gray and in the corner Web Server in red and login in yellow, I think I already tried all the solutions I found in the forum and nothing has worked for me, I would appreciate if you could help me

That usually suggests the server is down. We typically patch on Wednesdays and sometimes require restarts for hotfixes etc. Are you able to get in now?

the same problem keeps happening.but I started to use another PC in which the problem does not happen to me, but now when I go to update I get "Disconect from Server" just to confirm I have the folder without the read-only, I don't have antivirus and the folder is added as an exception in windows firewall
