Return of Reckoning

Good afternoon,

I got a new computer and when I installed Return of Reckoning on it and logged in, my witch hunter was reset to level 1 and my inventory, equipment, etc. erased. Is this something that normally happens on a new computer? Or is it some sort of other error I can get some help on fixing?

Did you copy your user settings folder over to the new computer? Just a guess.

Copy that folder to your new install and I hope that fixes it.

You are most likely logging into the wrong account.

Not the wrong account my character name is correct but the level is 1 and inventory is wiped. I tried logging in from the old computer just to double check - character is reset to level 1 there too. I can try copying over the user files though.

Normally the character is saved on the server. It can be that there was something going wrong.

What level were they ?

Heard some reports a while ago that some new toons got reset if they did not stay online long

Have you been caught botting or breaking the rules in some other way that might have resulted in an account wipe?
