Return of Reckoning

Devs? I am willing to bet those of us like myself with this issue are unable to convert the folder to writable from read only. Hence, why changes are unable to be fulfilled also why ror.launcher is unable to find the game files already in the folder.
Guides online to cmd.exe the folder to a writable folder have failed me.
Your advice is appreciated.
