Can't log my main character

It's fine with my every other toon but everytime i try to log in with my main character the game crashes on loading screen.
I've tried /stuck 2 times while loading, /reload, deleting cache, untick "only read" the game main folder, runing client with admin priviledges, reinstalling client, reinstalling nvidia drivers, still it won't let me log in.

Yesterday i could log after 2h trying, today no luck so far.
It started after the last patch (the ranked one), before that I never had such a bug.

I have victorious gear on my main character as well as the ranked event completed, maybe it's something related to that (or i'm just bragging).
