Cannot get Manifest to go pass 39%

I have re download the direct link a couple times, the new launcher, deactivated my firewall, made all the changed required and my launcher gtarts downloading the manifest and it gets to 39% and just disappears, and I click the launcher again, and I get a message that it has moved or been removed would you like to delete this shortcut. Any help on what I'm doing wrong, this is the same computer I've played the game on before so I know it works fine, but now it doesn't.

I have this happen to me recently when trying to patch with VPN on. Never used to be a problem.

Hey,

you guys followed my guide (viewtopic.php?f=113&t=45103)?
Please make sure your Launcher is still inside the RoR folder.
Check if the RoR folder is whitelisted, esp. the Launcher.

Additonal you can try to remove some old files from your PC here (those folders are hidden):
Users/YOUR_USER_NAME/AppData/Local/Return_of_Reckoning
and delete everything inside there.

I did everything in guide to the letter twice it got to 45% this time and then it disappears then main folder stays but the launcher file disappears.

Figured it out, the launcher was trying to download in 64 bit client, as soon as I switched it to 32 bit, saved and closed then reloaded the launcher, its working just fine so far, downloading the game.
