Hi, I'm new to the game and I'm having a problem trying to login, could anyone help me?

Put the RoRLauncher.exe in the directory of the War.exe.

Make sure you have removed the write protection from all files. Right-click on your RoR folder in the File Explorer, click on Properties and remove the write protection / read only there (It's a check box you need to uncheck). Ok -> apply to all files -> Done.

Make sure you have Installed the DirectX 9. It is in the installation directory when you download via torrent.

Use the RoRLauncher.exe to run the game, not the War.exe.

Choose 32 bit in the Launcher settings when it is running. The 64 bit version (which is also 32 bit) is broken.

Make sure your Anti Virus is not putting RoR files into quarantine.

Looks like you are using super old install with old RoRLauncher.exe?
Can you try with latest RoRLauncher from here: http://launcher.returnofreckoning.com/RoRLauncher.exe
just replace the file and try again.

Ofc make sure firewall/antivirus isnt blocking anything
