Patchnotes 01/10/16

To compensate for rollbacks last week, Saturday & Sunday will be a Double RP day.

Azarael

The Quitter debuff, which prevents scenario queueing for 10 minutes, will now be invoked on players under the following circumstances:

- Explicit refusal of a pop.
- Pop timeout.
- Leaving a scenario through an exit portal or another teleportation method.
- Alt+F4 / client close.

If the server does not judge the disconnection to be suspicious, Quitter will not be invoked.

Scenarios will now check population every 60 seconds after the start time. If one side outnumbers the other by 40% or more, the scenario will warn for closure, and will proceed to close if the population imbalance is not rectified.

The server will no longer broadcast "disconnected uncleanly" if it does not judge the disconnection as suspicious. Disconnections from Alt+F4 / client closing and from network timeouts will be broadcast as suspicious.

The Shaman ability "Do Sumfin Useful" will now correctly profit from and build mechanic points.

back to afk time...

while the priority is to premade wins ... will always have problem

solo queue / low level / low gear / no healer /no tank / no guard

They will not waste time dying 50 times in the scenario.

or place a system that plays against premade x premade and earn 3x more renown and emblem.
or premade will always preferer play against pugs

I hate to say it but, any changes to scenario other than adjusting the brackets is more than likely going to hurt pops overall than to be a improvement.
