Just stopping in to make 2 thing clear.

1. Stop accusing people, this is NOT the right place for such things.

2. The issue with stacking comes from the current implementation of code on server, its not related to the client
Lead dev does not mean I´m the best coder around, it just means I have taken on a management role for the devs.

Because less mindless zerg, more small scale fights and fun in general. :P

I have played t3, the zerg is just as mindless. All you do is fly from one zone to another taking it in 15 to 20 minutes, then rinse and repeat. This goes on for a few hours, till people get bored and switch realms, then rinse and repeat at this. ANDDDD... to top it off, people go and activate t2 zones, the most boring part of this entire mmo.

At least in t4 you are not wearing gimp armor, and are not gimped by missing tactic slots.

More importantly, a lot of classes do not come fully into their own till t4, so basically you are playing either gimped toons or OP ones.

Please, stop romanticizing t2/t3. The only reason they are there is so that low level toons do not have to fight higher level ones. They were meant to be nothing more than a buffer from level 40 40rr + toons, nothing more. And what does RoR team do? Combine them. Then allow people to debolster into them.

CS change, just feels like another change made in isolation with the class and not in context of internal or external ballance with the realm. Sure the tactic is really good. But is it OP coz its OP in isolation or OP coz it's on Chosen and stacking with all Auras etz.
Imo it's the later. And, like i sugested before, tactic moved to BG and AA reduction tactic to Chosen, wich solves two things in one go imo.

Also CS can be AoE cleansed with a WP. So this change validate running double AM even more and pretty much makes WP rotate out of the meta completly.

mm this, why it should not stack?

dont need to be additive, it didn't even stack in live, just make this kind of dmg increase/decrease proportional and not additive in general...

25% and 30%?

25% of a 30% is 30:4=7.5

30+7.5 =37.5%

make it 7% and we set ...

There is none, it doesnt make any sense now to go 2h and Chosen whatsoever. Another smart "balance" decision.

Procing CS now will be better with SnB due to faster attack speed btw.

The thing is, chosen is being pushed down in the warband matter. And the big organized groups are what makes difference on field.
