imho, leveling/gearing should be easy in a alpha server. more characters, more tests, more feedback. the current status doesn't fit at all. especially gear wise.

shame rats get nerfed. they were creating action while people leveling up in lower tiers.

I rarely agree with you, but you are right on this issue, leveling is way too slow tbh.
I just leveled 2 characters to 40 in the last week or so and if I was a new player and wasn't familiar with how great the game is - I really wouldn't have bothered to play past lvl 16.
It was fine when T2 was full of life and T3 was the current endgame, but it takes months to level with to 40 with RvR alone. Even though I might have been a strict traditionalist on this matter but now I've changed my mind, it could be streamlined a bit, not by much at least the leveling part.

Blame Penril. He pointed it out.

The point is that we don't leave things broken if we can fix it. We do have some dignity. Just happens that there's a whole lot of things to fix, so you're going to get weird stuff like that from time to time.

I fixed the elf quests for Order. The quest giver/finisher stuff was missing somehow. I assume perhaps I was drinking and deleted them in a fit.

Not able to take quest from DW Ch19 Giver on Destro side, same problem?
