Patch Notes 1/9/2017

[Hotfixes]

Hargrim
- Disabled debolster in T1
- Added more Dev commands to better manipulate the RvR changes.
- Added framework for 3 pairings to be open at the same time.
- Exiled all sissy elves keeping Squigs as pets.
- T2 and T3 bags will have 5 conquerors inside and will give following loot:

4/9/2017 - Hargrim
- T2 and T3 Green seal quest givers are available in each chapter, not only in Empire.
- Medallion drops were changed - it is now possible to obtain conqueror medallions from lowbies.
- Increased renown drop from lowbies.
- Keep doors health was increased to T4 level.
- T2 and T3 siege equipment was disabled. You can sell it :).
- T4 siege equipment will now work in each zone with a keep.

5/9/2017 - Hargrim
- Reduced RR from lowbies by a lot until I can figure out better system for this.
- Added 10 minute grace period after zone locks - you can kill other players and still get appropriate drop.

Natherul
- Warband Invites should now be accepted from the Region, instead of the single Zone. (Very helpful in mid-tier zones)
- Players will no longer Terminate themselves.
-Fixed the bug where a player could stay in vipers pit / sigmars hammer when getting kicked / leaving the guild

-Talabec Dam
-Fixed the bug that gave points no matter if you succeeded or not with the capture cast
-Fixed the bug with stealth and mounting if killed/interrupted on capture

Lheana
- Added R55 Champions just outside Destruction Kadrin Valley Warcamp as they had none

7/9/2017 Hargrim
- Grace period corrected, rewards should be granted for 10 minutes after zone lock.
- Taken Keeps will now generate 1% of VP each 60s, this is on par with each BO above 2 - with 4 BOs and 2 keeps winning realm will get 3% per 60s.

[RvR]

Hargrim
- T2, T3, T4 are now merged. Starting zones for each pairing are T2 zones, players need to cap 2 flags in a zone to make a pairing the active one.
- More changes for State of the Realm addon by Sullemunk. Feel free to use RoR State of Realm addon to help you! ROR_SoR Addon (by Hargrim & Sullemunk). Sullemunk will probably enhance it in time.
- Removed for now bag limit from T2 and T3 for T4 players.
- On each lock winners will get 1, 2 or 3 conqueror medallions from T2, T3 or T4 zone. Losers will get 1 medallion less (no medallions for T2).
- Locking T2 and T3 will boost keep in middle T4 zone to 1 star.

- Dodge Strikethrough will now convert to Parry Strikethrough
- Grants +10% Parry but reduces Dodge by -10%
- Melee attacks have a 25% chance to increase Autoattack speed by 25% for 5s

- All cauldrons will play a boil over sound now when clicked.
- Curious Barrels in cities are now destroyable.
- Added portals in Bugman's Brewery Battlefield Objective.
- Fixed all fire effects animation.

- Corrected the subtype of many NPCs (so that they count as they should in ToK)

[Public Quests]

- Corrected the name of NPC 'Anvar Steelhammer' in Destruction PQ 'Grundadrakk's Wharf' to be like the unlock of its stage. Also corrected his name for PQ objective and stage description
- 'Grundadrakk Ranger' in Destruction PQ 'When the Ship Hits the Sand' will no longer be marked as merchants
- GOs 'Supplies' in Destruction PQ 'Salzenmund' will no longer turn into a dwarf chest when clicking on it
- NPC 'Otto von Buergh' will now appear in 3rd stage of the Destruction PQ 'Bog Hunters', so that it is now completable
- Corrected the description of the second stage of Destruction PQ 'Tearing the Portal'
- Corrected the name of the first stage of Destruction PQ 'Plague Altar' to fit with the objective

Razielhell
- Faewulf's Rest: Empire Chapter 3 - You can now destroy Summoning Stones on Stage II.
- The Norse are Coming!: Empire Chapter 2 - You can now destroy Norse Supplies/Norse Tents on Stage II.

Assuming in relation to PQs and such... Still sounds like a lot of fun though:P

Being the first big expierement I really hope it goes well, don't let whiners get to you guys. Will be nice seeing action in t2 zones again, and I'll actually be able to PvP a character to t4 instead of powerlevel.

Awesome, really looking forward to test this! Looks really interesting, going to be some crazy numbers in the smaller tiers :D - Shadowslands right now is awesome! :lol:

My only concern so far is Diminishing Rations. With even more people in the smaller zones and the placement of certain battle objectives located close to the keeps, which especially happens in the lower tiers(shadowlands, troll country, ostland, barak varr, MoM etc.) and tier 4 zones: DW, CW, Caledor etc. people gets debuffed way too much. Not to mention the fact that defenders can sometimes have AAO and DR at the same time, which doesn't make any sense. It furthermore completely ruins the gameplay at times, because your character is suddenly under the influence by some magical algorithm which alter's itself on the go. Which from a coding perspective is neat, but for a PvP perspective? Personally it's not viable solution. You suddenly lose sense or 'feel' for your character because your wounds keeps changing. So please.. we are looking at a new exciting rvr system, let us test this under stable circumstances and enjoy the crazy orvr that is to come. :geek:

Great fun to test this, looking forward to it, Shadowlands was fun!

Also great to see some proper testing by Dev's thanks! and most of the server actually in RVR lake, not semi afk city/mailbox :D
