Are we supposed to be bolsterd to lvl 50 in Tier 1 rvr zones now?

As i understood, Tier 1 remains as it allready is, so when you hit level 16 you can go to Tier2,3 and 4 and will recieve a bolster.

Yes, this is a small bug .

The new RvR give an action for all at all times, is nice but the deal is more interesting for high level characters, make it interesting for low level characters.
High levels characters have a big + (abilities, tactics, morals, set bonus, proc, critics, power, mounts...) need a + for low characters, boost their stats is nice but need something more to fight against high levels characters grouped together. Or this patch will look like a patch food for T4 players (lvl 40 ).

Anyone can tell how much renown killing some rank 16 or 20 gives when you are at rank 40?
I think it's fine that when killing lower rank people, you get lower renown, but I also hope it's not stupid low.

@crazy armor mitigation. We shot with 3 snipes at an unguarded afk bolstered dok. And did no damage. Better said really really low.

We need to check this a little the weekend with our dwarfs.

I wasn't a while in the t2 zones. Is there one kill 50/50/50 kill quest in Troll Country only for T2. Or are there one in every zone?

I think there is one in Troll Country and one in High Pass, but I have to check.

I will also check if it is possible to have quest givers in each of the mid tier zones.

I would agree that it is enough. The added benefit of getting massive exp/renown from killing rr40+ people for the lower level players is a big enough incentive.
