- ammo replenish rate was cut by 50% and can be adjusted on fly by staff member
- reduced decay timer from 10 minutes to 1 minute without supplies, this can be adjusted on fly
- increased number of supplies lost from per derank tick from 10% to 50%, this can be adjusted on fly
- added minimum requirement of 1 BO to prevent deranking of keep, this can be adjusted on fly

Very nice cheanges of SW, I really enjoy them especially Barrage as 5th point ability because my SW is only 18 lvl. Again very good job.

What is the disadvantage for enemy players to zerg defense their keep?
Postern doors are open(below rank1)
No heal for door?

Bcuz what happens on defense is everyone just zergs keep to defense and usually without some aao is it possible. And later door mechanic is possible to use front door if above 50hp.
It will be 10x harder to take a keep.

What if we can enter the postern regardless of whether door is up?
Outer door up, can enter outer postern?
Outer door down can enter inner postern?
Keep defense is very easy, it is very difficult to take a keep.

Later when 6star zone lock is initiated keep takes probably wont even ever happen?

I know the system is still being tweaked and it has its flaws, but this is worlds better than 1-2 months ago. Back then it was so much better to just run scenarios. Now, rvr is normally more fun. I'm glad steps are being taken to improve the campaign, and it shows.

- abandoned flags no longer provide supplies that rank keep nor prevent keep from deranking
- eliminated rare occurance when pop scaler opened T2 zone in already active pairing
