I believe they need client control for it. IIRC idea was floated to put Cutting Claw in Brutality tree.

EDIT: Torque, new debuff values on TB if possible, please. Cannot find em, if they are somewhere obvious I apologize.

LOL.... healer tanking lord issue.

What does this mean? Heals would draw agro as easily as they do now? Or that the lord will do bonus damage to healers? Taunt and detaunt will actually work better on the lord?

What about the situation were someone in your group hits the lord without the healer knowing about it and the healer gets put on the hate list (without knowing about it) and keeps reseting the lord without knowing about it despite never touching the lord room or lord?

Pretty sure the fix is gonna involve healers not drawing as much aggro.

Also are there any plans to buff brutality so that there is actual conflict between which tree should be the main instead of one being just clearly superior?
DS was a significant buff, 5 points from 13, same debuff uptime, double damage output
That's not how i see it. The whole point of the debuff was to have the regen reduction up for a meaningful time during the engagement. 5 seconds is probably going to be allot less significant in any meaningful window depending on how much regen a target has and on how ap heavy they are (I'm looking at you slayers/lions)

As for double the damage I mean ehhhh kinda but your rotation is certainly more repeatable but that said you also now have more hp to chew through.

Also what are the actual figures now for TB? what is the entry level and maximum attainable?

Wow, just wow. Just did that Gunbad thing. Pretty great.

I loathe PvE. But it was alright fun. Cleared the full wing in 1h20. The 3 boss fights were fun challenge. Not many bugs at all.

Very impressive work, I was not expecting the release of it to be that good. Good job devs !
