Don't know how you are pulling that off, my dps shammy with 1041 int is seeing single target heal crits of 1195 at 5 stacks. That int is after pot and int steal dot but I'm in 5 genesis, 4dom/2anhi atm, not sure what I can improve to get that extra 800healin.

Edit: Maybe it's just not working for shammies, I'm not seeing any difference in the strengt of cast time spells with or without stacks. Hots and Dots seem to be getting the 25% bonus.

Hm, it does seem very unlikely. Maybe it was some odd bug. I'll try to capture it in SC if it happens again

I dont follow the question. Either way a spell use a specific stat (healing willpower, hostile spells int and so on).
the question is "should dd shaman heals be stronger when casted with mechanic points after patch?"
if they should its kinda bugged for shaman now, coz combatlog shows the same numbers for heals casted with and without mechanic points

I have identified the bug. So it turns out that for some reason when I heal anyone other than myself the amount of healing done becomes absolutely insane. I have double checked and noticed no healing buffs like RP or AM magical infusion effects and the KotBS wasnt running the heal bonus aura either, it wouldn't even matter if he did, because the targets healed were not in my party.

[Deleted pictures, no longer relevant, also at Norkalli's request. Main point is that I healed a Slayer and IB for like 1.3k non-crit as a dps AM]

Pay attention to the green numbers.

Reported to bugtracker, hopefully it gets fixed

Single target self heals also don't seem to recieve willpower bonus from mechanic. Before this patch I healed for 800 hp with 47 heal bonus and 20% reduction to healing, now I heal for 837.

I updated OP as I forgot to add that selfheal is not benefiting of these changes.

Is it possible that somehow divine fury tactic doesn't decrease healing done to others?

Good stuff on fixing the server message when server is down.

Lot less people who think they are banned though. :)
