[Abilities]

Azarael

Runepriest
- Concussive Runes has been reworked. Now has a 25% chance to drain 225 points of Morale from a target when you strike with a Path of Grimnir ability.

Slayer

General
- Honor Restored now has a 50% chance to trigger.

Trollslayer
- Rampage's Great Weapon requirement has been removed.
- Precarious Assault is now Path of the Trollslayer.
- Precarious Assault now increases chance to be critically hit by 1% instead of 5%, but the effect stacks up to 5 times.

Giantslayer
- Spine Crusher is now Path of the Giantslayer.
- The cooldown of Spellbreaker is now 15 seconds. (The tooltip will mismatch, I decided this last minute.)
- Spellbreaker's effect has been changed. Now inflicts damage and removes a maximum of 3 Blessings or Enchantments, dealing 25% more damage for each one consumed.

Skavenslayer
- Shatter Limbs now increases cooldown timers by 1 second for each enemy hit, rather than for each enemy hit past the second enemy.

Choppa

General
- Bloodlust now has a 50% chance to trigger.

Da' Savage
- Reckless Blow is now Path of Da' Savage.
- Reckless Blow now increases chance to be critically hit by 1% instead of 5%, but the effect stacks up to 5 times.

Da' Hitta
- Go For Da Soft Spot is now Path of Da' Hitta.

Swordmaster

Khaine
- Crashing Wave is now Khaine 9.
- Crashing Wave has no secondary effect.

Vaul
- Aethyric Armor is now Vaul's Tempering: Vaul 13, Perfect Balance, 1s cast, 20 second cooldown. Buffs your group with an enchantment which provides immunity as Unstoppable and Immovable, in addition to increasing armor by 990, for 5 seconds.
- Crushing Advance now strikes and interrupts all enemies 15 feet in front of you.

Hoeth
- Phoenix's Wing is now Hoeth 9.
- Protection of Hoeth is now Hoeth 5.
- Blinding Strike is now Hoeth 7.
- Blessing of Heaven has been rebuilt as Aethyric Dissipation. Path of Hoeth attacks now have a 25% chance to drain 225 Morale from your target.
- Aethyric Dissipation is now Hoeth 11.
- Calming Winds is now Hoeth 3.

Witch Hunter

General
- The cooldown of Incognito is now 35s instead of 30s.
- The cooldown of Incognito will be reduced by 1 second for every enemy within 100 feet when its effect is broken.
- Modified the tooltip of Incognito to better indicate how stealth works.
- Added a new tactic, Hastened Expurgation. Grants a 50% speed bonus when in Incognito and reduces the cast time by 1 second, but reduces the duration to 3 seconds.

Confession
- Razor Strike no longer requires a target and will now strike up to 3 enemies in front of you, up to 15 feet away.
- Razor Strike will not build Accusations unless you hit at least one target.
- Sweeping Razor will now increase Razor Strike's range to 30 feet and remove the target limit.
- Trial By Pain's damage output has been improved by 50%.
- Trial By Pain now strikes all enemies within 20 feet of its target.
- Trial By Pain now has an 8 second cooldown (channel-type, effective 5s.)
- Dragon Gun will now reduce the Morale of all targets it hits by 50 per Accusation point spent.

Inquisition
- Fervor and Burn, Heretic! are no longer cleansable.
- Fervor's damage over time component has been doubled.

Witch Elf

General
- Elixir of Blades is now Path of Carnage.
- Elixir of Insane Power is now Path of Suffering.
- The cooldown of Shadow Prowler is now 35s instead of 30s.
- The cooldown of Shadow Prowler will be reduced by 1 second for every enemy within 100 feet when its effect is broken.
- Modified the tooltip of Shadow Prowler to better indicate how stealth works.
- Added a new tactic, Shadow Strike. Grants a 50% speed bonus when in Shadow Prowler and reduces the cast time by 1 second, but reduces the duration to 3 seconds.

Carnage
- Slice no longer requires a target and will now strike up to 3 enemies in front of you, up to 15 feet away.
- Slice will not build Frenzy unless you hit at least one player.
- Broad Severing will now increase Slice's range to 30 feet and remove the target limit.
- Ruthless Assault's damage output has been improved by 50%.
- Ruthless Assault now strikes all enemies within 20 feet of its target.

Suffering
- Envenomed Blade is no longer cleansable.
- Envenomed Blade's damage over time component has been doubled.
- The effect of Septic Blade has been reduced to 7%, but it will now stack as Envenomed Blade does.

Engineer
- Strafing Run is Rifleman 13.
- Phosphorous Shells is Grenadier 9.

Magus
- Indigo Fire of Change is Havoc 13 and inflicts Elemental damage.
- Tzeentch's Firestorm is Changing 9 and inflicts Spirit damage.
- Roiling Winds is now 30ft range.
- Roiling Winds inflicts its damage instantly.

White Lion
- Ensnare now deals 300 damage at rank 40 instead of 900.
- Flying Axe now deals its damage instantly.

Marauder
- Flames of Fate now deals 300 damage at rank 40 instead of 900.

Shadow Warrior
- Range of Outrider Patrol reduced to 30ft.

Squig Herder
- Squig Goo now deals its damage instantly.
- Range of Squig Goo reduced to 30ft.
- Indigestion now behaves as Shatter Limbs does.

Incognito will only last 3 seconds with this tactic slotted? :shock:
Or reduced by 3 seconds..

Or reduced by 3 seconds..
A stealthed charge isnt going to reduce it by just 3s now is it. That would be way overpowered.

finally some love to WE/WH
1 suggestion - make IP tactic core, it's mandatory for almost any build and limiting WE/WH builds drastically.

Hmmm....

I'd understand the change if Bad Gas! still increased CDs, since it affects enemies within 30ft like Shatter Limbs, but Indigestion is a cone that requires aiming and isn't as likely to hit as many targets.

If I ruined it by doing this I'll hotfix it - only requires a table reload to change.
