Only full Redeye from Gunbad will give you wards to access Citu Dungeons. Worst case scenario you need to kill all main bosses in Gunbad 3 times from now on to acquire whole set and connected ward.

Ward is the ToK unlock that says you completed whole Redeye set. Just in case make sure you equip all pieces at the same time to get the ToK.

I'm sorry, but my English is very poor:
to access at City Dungeons NEED full Redeye set ? or can access with conqueror too?

You need full Redeye for ward. Then you can enter City dungeons with any gear.

There is no token , only need to kill them 3 times in objective quest

so, if I understand correctly, since you have nerfed the conqueror set (it took me 6 months to complete it), now I should go with a party in Gunbad, lose 5-7 hours or more, then go to the City Dungeons 5-7 hours to be able to have a "new" set with the old Conqueror statistics? Sorry but I do not understand where the improvement is...

Any chance to implement downgrade for vanq/opress meddalions / emblems? Atm its impossible to get emblems for sc weapons or to complete conq for some people...

Also some upgrade from conq to new currency would be nice. even 20 to 1. Otherwise many people gonna feel that all their time ivested in playing is pointless so far since they got nothing out of it...

That is on the way and was an oversight that it was not part of this patch.

It's implemented for now. 1 to 5 for scenario emblems and 1 to 1 for rvr medallions.
