Patch Notes 12/01/2019

[General]

- Searching for a career in the social window now works.
- Keg End Live event has now ended. However the rewards can still be claimed if you have completed the Live Event.

[Guilds]

- Standards can now be set using the guild GUI, as such the .standard command has been removed.
- Guild logs (the news box on the guild profile) older than 1 year that is not related to guild creation, switch of guild leader or alliances will be removed automatically on server startups.
- Optimised guild data sending which should prevent crashes.
- Fixed an exploit which would cause bonuses if a Standard Bearer tried to use a standard his guild was not permitted to.

[Standards]

- You can no longer mount when holding the flag.
- Standards should no longer be able to be hit with AOE attacks from monsters.
- Enhanced Glory should now properly work.

[RvR]

- All disables should now properly prevent a player from using posterns.
- All keeps are now considered T4 for calculating rewards.
- Fixed an issue that kills got the bonus events added twice on xp generation.
- Player kills are now on base worth x2 experience.
- Eradicated a hidden renown bonus if the killer was over level 15 but less then 31.
- Base renown gain on kills are now worth x1.5 (this was the hidden bonus before).
- AAO is now properly recalculated on players dynamically.
- Removal of bolster now happens 9 seconds after you leave an RvR zone, this is a workaround for the areas in an RvR zone that is not RvR marked due to a bridge over it not being in the RvR area.
- Updated the SoR string thats sent to include AAO information. This does mean that you will need to update your SoR addon.
- Fixed an issue with roll for bags (details omitted due to not wanting people to gamify the system). But fixed an issue where griefing could affect the bag rolls.

[Items]

Vanquisher and Oppressor gear sets have been reworked.

Long story short, they were a mess and had bonuses applied to pieces of gear that traditionally didn't allow for it. They also failed to adhere to archetypes the way that all other sets do, which meant nearly every class pairing was close to unique. While this is an interesting goal, the construction of these sets were painful to track and now follow more traditional set guidelines.

[Abilities]

[Squig Herder]

- All By Meself - Tactic will no longer reduce the CD on Squig Leap and your melee abilities will do less damage.
- Territorial Aggression - New Tactic - "Your Battle Squig will not tolerate you having any other Squigs around. Your armour is increased by the amount of armor you have from items. Your ranged abilities will do less damage but your melee attacks will do 25% more damage and Squig Leap will have no cooldown." You cannot have a pet out with this tactic.

[Witch Elf]

- On Your Knees - Will reduce any enemy morale that it hits by 300 and your Group will gain 300.
- Witchbrew - Will now be affected by Frenzied Mayhem
- Septic Blade - tactic restored to original 25% crit reduction effect upon application of Envenomed Blade
- Elixir of the Cauldron - Will no longer mitigate undefendable direct damage magic damage.
- Elixir of Blades - Removed.
- Elixir of Shadows - New ability which replaces Elixir of Blades - "You throw poison around you and the vapors blind your enemies. You will become invisible to enemies for 2 seconds and increase your speed by 50% for 7 seconds."

[Witch Hunter]

- Dragon Gun - Will reduce any enemy morale that it hits by 300 and your Group will gain 300.
- Shroud of Magnus - Will no longer mitigate undefendable direct damage magic damage.
- Van Horstmann's Speculum - Removed.
- Sanctified Oil - New ability which replaces Van Horstmann's Speculum - "You light and drop a flask of sanctified oil at your feet. You will become invisible to enemies for 2 seconds and increase your speed by 50% for 7 Seconds."

[Choppa]

- Reckless Blow - Returned to Path of Da' Hitta, negative effect removed.

[Slayer]

- Precarious Assault - Returned to Path of The Giantslayer, negative effect removed.

[Morale Abilities]

- All Morale abilities are back on 60s cooldowns.
- Roiling Winds, Squig Goo, Flying Axe, Flames of Fate and Ensnare have original damage functions and ranges as per live.

[Shadow Warrior]

- Outrider Patrol - Morale 2 removed
- Ambush - New Morale 2 - Hidden Allies come to your aid and launch an attack that deals 900 over 9 seconds to all enemies within 30ft, and snares the targets by 60%.

[Engineer]

- Fixed a issues which would cause engineers pulls to not work.
- Mortar Round - New Morale 2 -You fire a mortar at your target, dealing 300 to them and everyone within 20 feet every second for 4 seconds.

[Sorcerer]

- Shatter - New Morale 2 - Deals 1200 to all enemies within 30 feet.

[White Lion]

- Cleaver - New Morale 2 - A mighty swing attack that inflicts 1200 to all targets 40 in front of you.

[Witch Hunter]

- Witchfinders Judgement - New Morale 2 - You judge your group and find them worthy. Morale gain is doubled for 15 seconds.

[Witch Elf]

- Bloody Inspiration - New Morale 2 - Your bloody fury inspires your group. Morale gain is doubled for 15 seconds.

[Morale Abilities]

- Raze is now a level 3 morale.
- Distracting Bellow is now a level 2 morale.

[Quests]

- A Weapon of Doom: Whole quest line has been corrected and reworked
- The Torment of Caledor: Whole quest line is now available and reworked
- Killing Frenzy: Restored original objectives and made it work as it should
- Dark Blessings: Adjusted the objective counts and set the item rewards
- Mourning Beauty: Quest line has been corrected and reworked
- The Orb and the Tome: Quest line has been corrected and reworked

[Tickets]

[12997] All quest markers have been set
[12998] Quest markers are now correctly set
[12999] Quest markers are now correctly set
[13000] All quest markers have been set
[13025] All quest markers have been set
[13026] All quest markers have been set
[13028] All quest markers have been set
[13029] All quest markers have been set
[13030] All quest markers have been set
[13031] All quest markers have been set
[13032] You will now have to drink the Draught to feel the ecstasy of war and kill the Gorgers
[13034] All quest markers have been set
[13035] All quest markers have been set
[13036] Removed the unnecessary objective
[13042] Several NPCs will now count toward the quest
[13044] All quest markers have been set
[13055] Stats are back on items
[13061] The escaped troll from Gunbad was captured again
[12957] The Platecoat has now it's Tank stats
[13078] The gloves have now the correct icon
[13083] You are now able to see where the quests end, Bosses remain hidden
[13037] RR requirement is now 15 for the Soldier to Scout
[13076] All Drakes drop the scale now

No changes for Kobs. Again. That class still has a completely zero attacking potential. Lower than any tank, and even below many of the healers. Though with two-handed, though with one-handed.

just a question: why reckelss blow it's been placed in Hitta's tree when there is already weaklin' killa in the same tree?
