this ^. i didnt have any reason to get rr45 weapon vs my subj before, and this is amplified now. It doesnt seem fair that subj. is now better DPS and 10x easier to get than the rr45 wep.

1. better DPS
2. superior with proc
3. easier to get

I`m really not impressed, it sux and wasn't necessary.

This "grinding for the same gear" argument is so weak, it is surprising people still use it.
No it's correct. Your dps output/burst potential is nerfed and you grind to get back to it. That's what I meant by power level.

Everyone else is nerfed true. But mitigation isn't. Mitigation is going up as people mix higher sets. So your previous killing potential is nerfed and you grind to try and get it back.

First of all, thak you for new patch, i much appreciate it.
But it was fixed only description on gear. When you criticaly heal you still get buff "Touch of Isha", which says 25% increased critical healing value (not 12%), and pretty much you do not have increased critical heals after all as ticket #14030 on bugtracker says.

Guys just make this dumn 61 weapons at least 58 or 59 dps plz, the game becomes to who will more defensive he will won. Fight become like who will tanky more than 1 hour, give some dps, melee power sygments

If that is the case, then why didn't you nerf the subjugator weapon and kept the scenario weapon at the higher level? Scenario weapon takes lots more effort..

Also, regarding powercreep, I think a few more stats increase could not hurt... people need something to look for... if it is the same power level (even if everyone else is a tad weaker) is not satisfying.
