- Bartholomeus The Stinky Will correctly spawn 2 Nurglings every 30 on main tank

Oppressor Emblems may now be exchanged for Conqueror Emblems at their appropriate vendors at a 1:5 exchange rate.

- Methuine Amberblossom travels through the high elf lands.

[Quests]

- A Wake for Dragons: This quest line has been corrected and reworked
- NPC 'Khori Razorveil' will now give the correct quests depending on her location, and no longer all quests from each spawn
- The Most Ancient of Enemies: Whole quest line is now available and reworked
- Worthy of Our Host: Whole quest line is now available and reworked
- Twisted Ambition: Whole quest line is now available in the right order and has been reworked
- The Inside Scoop: This quest has been reworked

[Tickets]

[14084] NPCs have once again their names displayed above their heads
[14100] Items have now career restriction, their armor set and talisman slot has been added to them
[14080] Slimes are attackable again

Added this to patch notes:

- Gunbad Champion NPCs health was reduced by 10-30%

Oppressor conversion is bugged, it lets you change 1 oppressor emblem to 5 conq medallions, not 5 conq emblems

still no r61 shaman healing staff avalaible, was there a DB update ?
also invader 7pc tooltip is fixed, but it still doesnt increase power of crit heals

Make only one kill on Gunbad boss for redeye quest will grant more players in the both instance + BE/BB

What's the reasoning behind this nerf? Is it to make people progress faster to City Dungeons / Bastion Stairs?

The reasoning is that the challenging part of the PvE should be bosses and not the trash NPCs you find out along the way to the bosses. They hit as they hit before, just evaporate a little faster now.

This is still bugged. I bought a stack of 20 only to find out it was medallions. How soon till this gets fixed?
