Very interesting, I am super excited for the AoE cap increase but also afraid on the same time.
Funnels might be too hard to break now, since Collision functioned as some sort of a natural aoe cap determining how many players could fit through a doorway at once. Now with no aoe cap, alot of engineers can sit at safe distance and apply a whole lot of dots to alot of players who are limmited by collision. Any chance the aoe cap can not be increased on Battleobjectives, so it just affects roaming outside of BOs/ Keeps?
This aoe cap affecting moral instant abilities too, might also make the test swing too much towards this "ok **** this, revert back to 9" simply because of how strong unmitigated moraldamage is.
A test of what is to come, should be known to anyone who have been hit by a warband all using Blasting Potions on the same target (btw can we actually remove this cheese ****?)
I think this will be a lot of fun, shake up everything in Roaming and sieging oRvR but i think a targetlimmit of 16-18 is better and then disable all instantdamage morale-damage but still keep the CC effects.

there is still a aoe cap but at 24 instead of 9 with the test. Making cap work differently in different area is not really supported with the code atm and would need a rework. Again its a test wich will be observed and if terribad will be reverted ASAP.
