There was a bug that made it considered a DPS, but after latest hotfix I think it should be considered a healer.

Not treating all tanks, regardless of build, as being a "tank" for purposes of small scale combat is a ridiculous and borderline comical manifestation of an inherent lack of fundamental game knowledge and tank mechanics.

This. The only reason to maybe not put dps tanks astanks would be if they ran focused offense tactic. However, you should probably be banned from queueing ranked anyway if have that equipped 2H tanks builds have been top tier in 6v6 for at least 4/6 tanks and very viable for the last 2.
