Lovely to see a 4 piece proc from random PVE set be considered equal to a 7 piece proc from PVP city grind.Spoiler:

most likely use will be getting own losing side tank champ to turtle near own barrier and then hope enemies die if their aoe leaks through and kills defender + attacker both. Altdorf throne room fight is extra bad, when the order spawn has maybe depth of 40ft and most aoe can be fired over 30-40-60 if not 80 ft away. Though choppas pulling Order champs into Destro spawn at IC is another classic.

Then ppl ask why always healers are needed and no one wants to roll one... maybe trying to encourage to roll more dps

This has already applied in city and scenarios for some time. Why is fist of khaine and its mirror being changed to use se instead of ap?
The point of it is to regain se when at range or when being kitted as a mdok.
This change further weakens doks when fighting ranged or kitting classes.

why would you use the absorb tactic now that the devs decided absorb should be garb for everyone but toughness stackers? its not even an autoattack worth of absorb

Has something changed with Apothecary? Maybe I've just not noticed before or I'm misremembering, but level 50 healing/restoration ingredients are making min rank 5 pots, level 75 min rank 10 pots etc. I thought they were supposed to be one rank higher?

Indeed it has but it's still not ok to possibly lose s3 champs cus of something so trivial.
A random non-champ player getting nuked cus of killing someone in spawn is ok if you're into that pointless punishment for imagine, killing people in a RVR game , however a champ dying cus of a random being killed in spawn now that is completely different, it can literally change the outcome of a s3.
They should be granted immunity to this nuke.
