Weekend Warfront: Days of Doom

Image

The ancient site known as Doomfist Crater is one steeped in myth and lore. Now Order and Destruction forces converge upon the broken landscape, determined to deny their enemies access to whatever treasures may lay buried beneath the surface.

This weekend Days of Doom will be the weekend warfront from 12:00 on Friday to 12:00 on Monday Altdorf time. You get +50% XP and Renown in the Doomfist Crater scenario, and extra rewards from completing the event tasks.

Completing all tasks gives the title: The Doomed

- Fortress trainers wear Invader gear now.



Combat and Careers

General Changes and Fixes

- Healing from life tap proc effects will now count on the player triggering the proc instead of the caster of the buff. This makes it consistent with how damage and healing procs work.

- Pets, Turrets & Daemons are now spawned in closest valid position from the spot you tried to summon in. This means that if you stand on the edge of a wall and summon a pet, they will summon on the wall next to you, rather than looking like they are on the ground below the wall.

General

- Several pathing issues identified in last patch have been fixed.

- Server improvements to how NPCs in PQs, Forts & Dungeons are handled. Not much visible change right now, but these NPCs now support many new features that we will make use of in the future.


Quests

Greenskin Chapter 12
- Fatal Eviction: You will now have to collect the Stunty Bashas from the Hammerstriker Railguards at the Grimbeard Station
- Two Heads are Better Than One: This quest line has been reworked

where is the new sw nerf ... when you look ad how much the sh is losing every patch it is only fair the sw lose his m1 it is simply to overpowered to clear dots and get 250 action points

Just added more features to many of them that weren't supported before. But as it says in patch notes we haven't really started using these features yet.

But for example it makes it possible to add patrolling guards in keeps, or Roaming NPCs in dungeons instead of all of them standing still.
