I agree. The last patches: WE pounce with snare -> LOL. SH baseline pounce for a class that already has everything -> LOL. Random SW broadhead arrow nerf in assault -> LOL. Now armor talis nerf which hits the healers the most and benefits SHs/SWs the most -> LOL.
And you then see ss on Devs reply to players reactions.

There are a billion ways to change TTK. This just changes healer survivability and is a horrible way to go about it.

Which classes do you think benefit the most from this talisman nerf? Tanks and melee dps? Not really, they now do more damage but also take more damage. Healers? Not at all. They just dying faster now. Ranged physical dps? YES, they can stay ranged and hit harder now. Since SWs and SHs have the best escape tools they benefit the most. It's also a buff for WEs and WHs since they can kill faster now before they vanish again.
You forget slayer with +50% auto attack speed under rampage buff. Try dev modification before crying...

Yeah. Like for example giving more toughness per talisman tier. Who said each kind of tali has to be up to +24 not e.g. +36?

Indeed. My favorite is bringing back AoE IHD on zeal/rp (but not DoK, cause in 6v6 it was OP imo)
Do you see any interest in such kind of discussion tho?
I see none.
Armor tali meta shake is ok this way.
Looking forward to equalize possibility to stack resists and actually ALLOW PURPLE 175/200 RESIST TALIS TO EXIST (not happening since 2014)

I'd love to see a re-scaling of gear armor values as well to bridge the gear gap a little bit. Higher values on lower end gear and reduced value growth as you go higher.
Right now a medium armor character in sov gear with a pot has over-capped armor, thats a bit ridiculous if you ask me.
This would be true, if we only look at armor gains and skip all debuffs and armor penetration... Oh wait that would be an actual comparison.
Dying is no option.

I agree with the armour tali change and this is coming from a 80-Dok who has spent the time and money on them.

BUT........

I definitely do not agree with the reasoning behind the change, this is just a clear nerf to the RP/Zeal and AM/Sham who Rely on those armour tali's to even stay alive, armour talis being so meta is not a choice by the players, it is a reflection on the fact that the Light armour healers NEED these to even be a competent member of a WB.
You think people are willing to pay well north of 400G a talisman because it is just 25% more effective than other talisman options?
It is because without them they are getting rolled over in all the content in your game, you can scream 'git gud' position better all you want at people who complain about the change but the fact is, to even feel effective as a light armour healer without BIS gear you need to have these talismans, otherwise any mediocre ST DPS can roll over you without much thought or counter play and that's not fun to play.

All in all I agree that armour talismans are too powerful compared to other options and need to be brought down so we can have room for more build diversity, BUT you first need to address the problem with the TTK on Light armour healers because at the moment it is too quick, a light armour healer with no guard should not just be a free kill.

Mate, I was also against the nerf of those tactics. I would first of all look at Distracting Bellow if you wanna combat high TTK

So physical damage just got a buff when it was already outperforming magical damage. And now you want to nerf magical damage even more?
