Edit: Honestly, I didn't even read the rest of the notes once I saw the Fort=refresh-lock. Now, for the rest; thank you for WL FO scaling fix, thanks for the 1 year names being open - that's super cool! And OMGork thank you for the banner being retrievable again. Quest fixes are always a favorite of mine as well.

Question. If a guild has, say 5 (or any small number) people, and they are all inactive, will the leadership just cycle between them?

Any way to just make the items be mailed to your character? instead of claimed?

Have the <rr70 ranked games popped at all since the change to item levels?

The system will pick the highest rank that is right below the guild leader, so it'll probably keep switching from one character to another based on their ranking. This is mostly aimed for bigger guilds and communities who could be destroyed by inactive or banned leaders. We'd like to preserve tight-bonded guilds :)

The item level wasn't the issue at all, it was changed mostly to cover up Beastlord item levels since some classes use that gear with a mixture of other gears. The <RR70 bracket issue is solely a decision-making one, when players decide to queue for it, it'll start popping. However, some players would rather focus on RvR or getting quick normal SCs to grab better weapons.

I think that the whole community appreciate change in pots, myself for sure.
I wonder if GMs could also look at another quite annoying mechanizm where your APs do not regen when you're casting. It's easily noticable when you use skill and immediately after summon mount. Thanks in advance.

The answer is obvious. To prevent players pushing a city, then switching sides and defending that city.
