Ranked Scenarios

- A command has been to opt in to getting matched with lower Ranked Solo tiers as well as the tier you are in. Use .ranked allowlowertiermatch 1 to opt in, and .ranked allowlowertiermatch 0 to opt out again. Default is to not allow it. This will likely be added to the UI in a future patch.

- Slightly increased the item level requirements to queue up, they are now min item lvl 45 in all armor slots, and average item lvl 50 or higher (up from 40/48).

- The number of matches in new tier before you can switch tier again has been lowered from 10 to 5. (This will also be added to UI in a future patch)

Best thing of this patch is the grave stone for Akaathi in Praag, thanks for that.

I'm really disappointed by most of the other changes. M1 of SH needed a lot or rework, but that sledge hammer of nerfs is WAAAAY over the top and most nerfs concern destro classes AGAIN!
You guys listen to the wrong people, i guess.

Morale abusers in shambles...no windblock anymore after 60s...no 50% uptime on your tank M4s in ST parties in cities anymore...

Good changes overall, only thing I don't understand is another Engi/Magus Nerf, they seemed to be underrepresented from my experience but we will see how they can hold up.
Really like getting to know your thought process behind these changes as well.

I've noticed (and removed) a couple posts that are attacking the people responsible for the changes rather than making critical observations towards the changes themselves. If you find yourself about to post something that is openly disrespectful towards the people who worked on these changes, you should stop. Have some breakfast, maybe take a walk. Don't catch a warning for violating TOS.

Thanks for nerfing SH to ground without any compensations. Best part is WL got even a further buff. Can't really see the logic or balance between all these. I don't really think that changes will bring any balance at all. So I can't understand the reason why you have reduced SH range to 65ft, nerfed run away tactic, and kaboom, and moved melee KD to mastery tree in the first place ? Only playable tree was QS for RSH and you nerfed it to ground as well now without any compensation. I think we are experiencing the result of chosing some ordinary players with clear order bias as RC just because they are streamers.

AP drain wont show on buffhead since the patch.

Any workaround for this, manually adding ability ID or anything?
