People thought sorc resist debuff was caused by tactic and therefore should stack?! Just read the tooltip of that tactic...

Chillwind is an ability. Even if that ability is modified by a tactic, it is still an ability.

Just like Powerful Draw doesn't turn Thadow sting into a tactic, even if it is modified by the powerful draw tactic.
Are the RP armor debuff and ZL armor/resist debuff tactics not supposed to stack since they modify an ability instead of being a separate effect?
If you'd bother (or care) to actually search for patch notes introducing the change for those tactics you'd knew they were specifically created like that. Those ability are uniquely stacking. On purpose.

Sadly back then it was considered too OP to make RP one debuff elemental, so order is left without any single elemental debuff beside kotbs aura.

The event seems quite interesting and I hope it stays for a while.

As it hasn't been mentioned in the forum yet I want to point out though, that BG (IB too?) is borderline broken right now. The only way to generate hate in rvr and scs is through dark protector. Neither being attacked nor attacking players generates any hate. It seems to work fine in pve though.

The recent restart of the server hasn't fixed the issue yet.

- Force of Fury: Armor buff no longer stacks with other armor buffs. The critical hit reduction has been changed to flat reduction of 5/10/15% instead of previous values of 15/30/45%.

It was previously meant to be a percentage based reduction, but actually worked like a flat reduction. However we feel that a percentage based reduction of a percentage based stat just complicates things, and when that stat is typically 0% for most players, it didn't really make sense. So we kept it as a flat reduction, but lowered the values instead. So this is both a bug fix and balance change combined.
While this time SL can still bypass defence flat not flat without any condition for 20 sec.
Because SL and BG are different classes and archetypes with different pros and cons that need to be considered when balancing. Plus its pretty simple, rampage ignores/passes through.
