Not even fair if its permanent... they should had clarified before.
Making permanent event rewards that are good enough to slot/bis will just place another barrier for returners.

I do not think returners be concerned about this item nor they even know about it. Once you begin from scratch gear gap is so obvious and so insane that it is only the game itself that drives people go for it.

Plus once first event item proves to be successful there will be others no doubt.

how are we supposed to finish the objective when the zone is locked 90% of the time?

We have 3 months to do this, plenty of time to iron out the bugs and finish it when there's a city siege going on ;)

I don't seem to have any info at all in the Dwarf valuables list, and upon patching it even removed the list that was in the previous event.

Anyone able to post a list of the clues and/or locations so I can do that part of the event?

I think the biggest barrier to phase 2 of the event is how often BV is open. I haven't seen it in a couple weeks.

Also, as others have posted, if capture a keep seems to be bugged.

Renown gain on locks has really slowed progression, I've noticed it on my alts. Don't mind the box nerf if it was offset somewhere. Can we revert influence gain on boxes to normal too? I thought this was in a good place, this was way low rank chars could get solid gear if they ran the FedEx simulator for a while, now they have a hard time filling the inf bar before they outlevel it.

It's only open once a city starts. After the recent city siege ended MoM/BV was locked within 30-40 minutes

They put a cap on rr/exp gains from lock, kind of wack really especially if you spend a few hours in a lake before the lock.
It's unfortunate, the gains were there because of the time investment involved, supposed to be comparative to scenario gains or at least not drastically less. Now people pushing renown will focus more on Scenarios.

You won't get much if your side is zerging and that's a good thing. A week or so ago we got about 300k renown from roaming for a couple of hours but we were heavily outnumbered and spent most of our time kiting warbands to rivers and picking of their "melee" healers.
