No, I don`t see it on default UI. I see it in mid tier right now and can join but hasn´t pop yet.

from what my guild has seen so far you cant join the sc soloq, nor can you join it as a 6man, however, you can join it with a group but only up to 5 ppl

Event Sc is not in the available sc list at Lv 40 (destro).

Seems to work fine below lv 40 since lv 16-39 are in Doomfist crater according to "Social Window" search.

You can't join if you're 40+
