So are you not supposed to do these quests on lower lvl characters?
I was hoping i could just grab this mask from a quest at the last moment on my alt (which had it originally until it was taken away last year...), and apparently its not possible?




If you try to do it alone you get 100% block on all attacks and do zero damage to the mob:

If you group up with higher level you get no loot on kill (and still can't land any hits):
