The aoe was bigger then the graphic, now it fits.
you could aswell say that the graphic was too small. Imo it would have been better to choose a value of 17ft for the radius, this way there would still be a 28% reduction achieved.

Wings of Steel sounds pretty metal to me. Can you replace Wings of Heaven with whatever this ability is. ;)

That said, if you are going to keep nerfing it (range and now snare radius) I wish you'd just revert it back to M2 with original effects (100ft + 20ft radius) where it was an interesting strategic option. Now that bellow is M3 don't care about M2 slot except for ...

... M2 Raze bombing is back! Prepare for inc Fort defense complaints in 3 ... 2 ... 1. :D

Always assumed that 2h had strikethrough on parry so this is a good change if for no other reason it makes it consistent.

Finally, poor SW. Object of so much Destro hate is back to ranged blah again. Good thing SW population is used to adversity. Expect increase in aSW again with commensurate complaints about OP-ness.

Agreed. As I understand how the mechanic works when you hit Wings it sends you to the spot where your target was when you activated the ability, meaning your target has an opportunity to move while you are in the air. Moving out of a five foot radius is all but a guarantee, particularly for gobos, which renders Wings practically useless.
The description says target and 5ft of where you land so theoretically it still snares whatever you aimed at. We'll see ofc.

Razing didn't die because it got moved to m3, it died because Moral Damage takes a 50% reduction once a player takes so much moral damage. So Razing lost its capability at that point.

With BHA going back to single dot (THANK YOU) ... will its range be reverted to what it was too? Or is it still reduced to 65 feet?

It is 100ft by default, or 65ft if you slot the Split Arrows tactic.

There are two snares for this. One is on the target, it won't miss because the target is moving. The other is the 5' radius which can catch others immediately nearby when the SM lands. WoH is an M1, it shouldn't have any significant AOE potential, like the vast majority of other M1's. There are two exceptions remaining for this. DOK's lifetap to heal other group members within 100' when the DOK deals melee damage for 10s (which if you think about the actual use case vs optimal use case, actual lags behind quite a bit), and BO's group buff for 10% parry/dodge for 30s which is on a list somewhere I'm sure.

I wonder if any other skill have ever been nerfed by half before. Seems kinda harsh since, at least for AM, it's their only real utility ability.

1) Not just an AM nerf. Also Shammie.

2) No other utility except for single/AOE AP drain, Rain Lord, Law of Age, Shield of Saphery, massive OOP healing with EoV, insta-rez and probably some stuff I'm forgetting.
