If there's more defenders than attackers in stage 3 the timer will tick down faster.

Why does this not also apply in stage 2?

It already does. Just need to get all flags and door to 100% for 5 min straigth, and timer will countdown at 5x speed.

xx # of years and still the queue system sucks. Always with pug vs premade. even in the cities. had a city with 0 tanks and 0 healers. joy joy

effort for forming/joining a premade is more feasable than expecting a healthy pug vs pug / premade vs premade environment in ror due to low population.

Probably true, unfortunately, it seems to be a turn-off to a large portion of people, both city scenarios and weekly war-fronts probably drive away as many players as anything to do with class balance or variety of things to do.

Another useless feature. If I'm saying a "bad but true" word about order slayers or tanks I'm getting muted and cant communicate with other players during the fight. Good job. Most of players here are not children to be offended by an "f" word. Why would I care if someone didnt turn his filter on?

Why you assume you can't talk with them? Private chat e.g. group/warband is still possible, no?
