I don't like the GCD change at all.

It feels clunky. UI is inconsistent as before with GCD indication, years upon years of muscle memory.
COMPLETELY changes the dynamic and game balance of ALL classes. Was it not thought about?
You don't have a choice now about how to spend you're AP - fast, or slow. Why removing that?

Would vote to revert it.

- The 1.5 second Global Cooldowns are now more strictly checked and the server will no longer allow casting abilities slightly before the Global Cooldown ends.

This feels so slow and sluggish now I really hope this change atleast revert.....

Streamer with pull complains about choppa having no AP in city while running double shammy, and dies on tank to RDPS because no shield - AP pumped and rdps burst nerfed, wonder why.

The GCD change needs to be reverted immediately. Regardless of any reasoning of why you would want to have it that way, it makes the game feels stupidly clunky to the point where its unplayable.

Reverting the AP change for now, not working as intended. Will try to make a better fix for next patch.

Old AP code is kind of wrong as well, but better the devil you know for now.

BO seems to work just fine.
I have the same issue

Same problem occurs on BO's Big Slash.
I tried with a target, and skill is activated, but no damage on target
So I tried on dummies: Big Slash is hitting the other dummies, but not the targeted dummy.
Dunno if that might help to fix stuff

I appreciate how precise the GCD changes are but the lack of any input buffer window I think is what's making it feel awfully clunky. Having to mash buttons to death to get what you want to come out each GCD does feel bad.

Also it seems 80% of the WEs can't log in anymore :(

GCD change feels really bad. I tested my Dps with my chosen spamming ravage on the dummy with new GCD my 3s burst went down to 2,1k (from 3,2k before patch) and kill time for dummy went up about 10 seconds. Fights feel rly slow and it takes away the action/pace of the game. Hope you revert this change.
