Its no different from how it was before, if you wanted the shortest possible GCD of 1.15 seconds you had to time it manually - it wasn't an input buffer, it was just shorter real GCD which you had to time without any visual indication (although there were addons to display the "real" gcd duration)

They might add input buffer later though to make 1.5s gcd feel more responsive and dynamic

Agree with both your points. Ap change will be huge for slayer, GCD and ap change will make IB pretty obsolete.

GCD change feels robotic and clunky. Wasnt too bad on the wl, but testing timestamp on bw it just felt... bad.

All this talk of ttk but as someone stated this is a huge nerf to healers.

now minimum is 1.5 s
ofc it's clunky if you keep doing in old ways.
it feels like skill queue takes extra millisec, probably my ping.
i think u can avoid it by timely 1.5s key press. key spam is bad idea, specially on zero CD skills.
bw/sorc time stamp rotation is still possible.
re-learn 1.5 GCD timing. it's perfectly sync with client GCD graphic.
i think it'll solve many things.

After short testing on DoK/Sorc/Chosen in PvE/SC; I notice no discernable difference. Now, I am in California, so my Ping has always been dogshit. I always get random interrupts on casts, I might be getting more now, too early to tell. Time stamping on Sorc still works, it's just slightly more annoying now(at my ping). I could see how RDPS would hate this change.

I think that players used to low ping GcD timing will notice this the most. Unfortunately, spamming an ability to make it fire is pretty standard in NA. I will often chase after an enemy spamming KD for Xseconds before the server allows it to go off.

Also, this game has had a terrible cast cancel system from the word Go, so you can't blame this change for that.

Again, short testing.

stoutness of stone kd duration 1.5s +gcd 1.5s = nice change
