Finally, pve wards count for the unlock. Well done! We can all coletively ignore Conqueror again
Interesting to see the Ranked changes. Will it be enough to save ranked? Are ranked veterans happy about it? Let's ask the experts:

A guildee reported that Yer Bleedin' had its CD increased to 5 sec and Shrapnel Arrer had its ailment removed.

I just checked yer bleedin and yes there is a 5sec reuse on it now. Rip RSH heal debuff.
SW broadhead arrow is still the same no reuse.....

Thinking about it this has had a 5 sec reuse since I have played the class. it was one of my complaints about it.
