Stuck at server login screen

Been playing RoR for a week and only today do I have a problem with the game getting stuck on a Handshake, Logging in loop.

The only way I seem to be able to get pass this is to delete the User folder, which deletes all my UI and Keybinds. The only thing I do with the UI is hide the Bar artwork, move my portrait and my Target portrait, change to 2 Stacked bars, and rebind 10 or so keys. Not using any addons other than what is the default.

Forgot to mention that I have to do this every time I log in, not once and it's fixed.
