".unlock" doesnt work

When i type .u - my char jump back and i can join scenario
but when my friend type .u ->>> command doest apply and type in chat instead, how can i help him?

2nd rule of Warhammer - everyone return to Warhammer.
3rd rule of Warhammer - playing other MMO's during break isn't cheating to Warhammer.

you mean type in chat whole comand like "/s .unlock"? but as you see on screenshoot it already typed in /s
1st rule of Warhammer - noone can leave Warhammer.
