Dmg most rewarding in RvR :(

Hello everyone, im a Full Tank Chosen and feel kinda useless with it in RvR, NOT because i cant achieve anything with it, its actually great to Tank all the enemy hits and spells, but i feel useless cause of the Rewards.
It seems in RvR most rewarding is doing Dmg, and ppl that do most Dmg get way easyer good Bags then Healers and Tanks. Thats kinda sad (IF its true, could be that im wrong) and i would ask the Devs to please adjust some stuff in RvR so taking Dmg and healing ppl gives equal rewards to doing Dmg ALSO it would be great if, for example, leading a WB, bringing the Ram/Cannons and using them, intercepting Supplys WHILE a Keep Fight is happening to prevent enemy from repairing Doors etc. gives some extra Points too. I have to admit that i have no real idea how this whole System works, so all of this is just a suggestion.
