Just lost T4 purple bag

I just lost a T4 purple bag ... there was 30sec on the timer before i would receive the mail with my bag and my game crashed ........

Is there any way to get it or i'm **** unlucky?

no..its alpha...not that unlucky..I lost my only gold bag for the same reason.

Maybe you get in your mail couple days ahed.

Yeaaa it's unlucky that the only crash of the day is 30sec before receiving my bag , doubt i will receive it

they will not replace it, sucks, but they have answered this question more than once.

I thought bag is mailed even if you log off.
You have to stay in game to get zone lock mail?

Sometimes a bag gets stuck in the mail and you get it on the next server restart.

Tried the same thing, my bag was in the mail later.

Wait that you get a patch right after a lock. Is even better. We don't fight for the bags. We fight for the lulz.
