Mastery abilities don´t appear

Hi! After asking in game advice and getting no solution to my mastery abilities not appearing, I reported a bug, then there I got told I shouldn´t have reported it because it is not a bug, but that I should ask in advice channel, which I did. The thing is, I got my mastery abilities, chose them, spent mastery points, train... and then nothing. I tried like three times, had to respec thinking i did nothing wrong but nothing, still the same problem, I don´t get my mastery abilities, they just don´t appear, but my mastery points appear like spent. I tried /rel and the issue persists... could I get some help please? thanks.

and you are sure you spent a point to unlock the ability itself, not just up the tree?
