Delete Character (not with intention)

Dear Devs/GM,

I wanted to delete a character, but it was the wrong one.... so this means I totally delete my "main char" and not my twink....

Please can you guys restore/recover my Destro chosen calling "Xarfay"

I am lvl40/RR39

This was really a mistake and I don´t want to delete this toon...
Can you please help me and restore my character with the stuff???

Nothing for us to do. Restoring a character would mean rolling back the entire server to the last time we backed up the charDB. I would wager others might be a bit bothered by this.

But isn´t there a option to restore a character via SQL or something to get back only "my character" from last DB safe?

And only this by misclicking da wrong character -.-

One of our Dwarfs wanted to recently delete on of his alts and deleted his main Ironbreaker.

Lots of tears but nothing could be done.
Just everyone be really sensitive when deleting chars.

Sometimes it seems the deleter has still the main selected.
So log off, log in and select only the char you want to delete.

It can not be so diffcult to restore selected files, e.g. a character ...

that´s a nice fail but im really sad when i see a guy asking for help and the devs dont want to do nothing, Lots of player like war and expended lot of time to lvl a toon, take gear lvling a crafter,,,

They must keep in mind about the players need some support, and they can check if theese character exist or not, they can literaly boost ur character, but at this time thats not an option atm,, maybe cause lot of players can exploit it? or cause that can make toon of work,,, but when any exploiter get reported theese toons are going to be deleted instead, like to deleted but not for restore/help legit player? thats not fair.

yes, that was a totally OP fail from my side...
and thats also exactly, why I asked GM ingame.. they said, they can not help me and I have to do a forum post and pm DEVs as well... so I did it..
I PM Rath and he pm me back "i am busy ..." I know he is, but thats all I got
Its sad, cuz I had like 10days full playtime with my chosen and was geared up since yesterday with RR 39 gear and as well as with beastlord gear..

Now everything is gone, cuz i misclick the wrong char and no one will help me :/
I´m so sad and as Lesti wrote with his guildmate "tear in my eyes"...

so pls, help me devs to restore my chosen "Xarfay"

Stop harassing the devs, you've already had your answer. This is not something we do, nor have we ever done, because we are not equipped with the tools to do so. If you destroy your character, that sucks. You option is to make a new one. We can't restore it.
