Can log into one char but not the other

So basically at the moment the game will allow me to log onto my squig herder but not my black orc, when i try log onto my black orc loading screen comes up for awhile then kicks me back to the login screen, anybody any ideas how to sort this out?

you could try using two times the command /stuck when you see the loading screen and see if that helps. If that char is in a guild leaving the guild might also help (maybe somebody can kick you)
